Hailing from New Zealand, Bevan honed his skills under Michelin-trained chefs in Australia before making his mark in Canada. His culinary journey includes crafting bespoke menus aboard yachts in the Galapagos and French Polynesia, and serving as a private chef to high-net-worth families. Now based in Squamish, BC, Bevan combines his passion for fresh, local ingredients with global influences to deliver an extraordinary dining experience that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious.
